Randall S Bernstein, OD

Dr. Bernstein is an Indianapolis native and a 1975 graduate of the Indiana School of Optometry. He is Indiana State Board Certified in general and therapeutic optometry. He started in private practice in November, 1975.

Specializing in hard-to-fit contact lens patients of all ages, has enabled Dr. Bernstein to grow and maintain a solid practice over the past 35 years.

He can treat most eye injuries and eye diseases and prescribe medications. We especially cater to children's vision.

Dr. Bernstein enjoys spending time with his family and volunteers for JDRF (Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation) and FFB (Foundation Fighting Blindness).

Beth Lowe, Contact Lens Manager

Beth joined the practice in 1984 and has been fitting contact lenses since then. She has been in the optical field for over 25 years. She is her to insure that your contacts are fit properly and that you are satisfied. She is in charge of training patients on the proper techiniques for insertion, removal, and care of contact lenses.

In her spare time, Beth ejoys riding her horse "Vision", gardening, and spending time with her family and pets.

Robin Cass, Receptionist

Robin joined out office in 2009. Although relatively new to the optical field, she is a quick learner and eager to please all our patients. She is proficient in handling all patient check-ins, verifying, and recording file updates. She performs pre-testing, visual screenings, visual fields, and tonometry. She also completes all insurance documents and calls to remind you of your scheduled appointment.

When not at work, you can find Robin spending time with her family and friends.

Stacy Hargis, Optician/Office Manager

Stacy has been with VisionCare over 15 years. She manages all patient accounts, assists with bookkeeping tasks, and vision insurance. When not busy in the business office she her technical and professional expertise to the eyeglass and contact lens areas of the practice. She keeps the office running smoothly.

After hours, Stacy is running her two sons to their numerous ballgames. She enjoys movies, reality shows, and spending time with her family.

Carol Jones, Optician/Frames Manager

Carol joined VisionCare in June, 1999. She is in charge of the frame dispensary. She buys all the latest frames for you to look at and helps you deciding which lens with perform best with your frames and prescription. She has a keen sense of style and ability to make every patient look good and see good. She has a total of over 16 years experience in the optical field.

Carol likes to cook, decorate, and teach classes at her church.
